Alan obtained an education degree from the University of Maine in 1997 and graduated from the Information Technology Institute in 2001 after graduating from Saint Mary’s University in 1996. Alan spent nearly a decade employed with the government at both provincial and federal levels, most recently with the House of Commons. Alan has been a real estate professional for over two years and has had excellent success with first time home buyers. He was recently awarded the ‘Coldwell Banker Canadian Diamond Society’ for production achieved during 2008 and was awarded the ‘Coldwell Banker Associate Society’ for production achieved during 2007 after only 9 months as a REALTOR®. His approach is to educate his clients about the industry, provide them with the appropriate information to make knowledgeable decisions and assist them in navigating through a complex process.
