Brad's real estate and business experience makes him a valuable member of the Coldwell Bank Associates Real Estate team. He is knowledgeable and conversant with agency law and has proven skills in human resources management and contract negotiations. Before entering the real estate profession, Brad was General Chairman for the International Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers for 3 consecutive, 3-year terms. He negotiated and administered 8 labour contracts with CN Rail, VIA Rail Canada, Ontario Northland Railway, Northern Quebec Internal Shortline Railway, Goderich/Exetor Railway, Matepedia Shortline Railway, Montrain Commutor Service (Montreal) and Ecorail (Montreal). He won the CN President’s Award for Excellence for a breakthrough labour agreement. He also prepared and presented numerous arbitration cases during his 9 years as General Chairman. Brad's 34 years of CN service and experiences have served him well during the past 9 years as a realtor in developing a strong team work ethic which is a primary focus for him. Strong administrative skills together with knowing the rules and regulations in his real estate profession have proved to be valuable assets in his business relationships with his clients. He believes that all his clients are completely satisfied with the manner in which their real estate affairs have been handled by Brad.
Debbie has worked in the legal field for over 4 decades, both as a legal assistant and as a law clerk. This experience has been fulfilling and allows her to be knowledgeable and conversant with respect to the legal issues and documentation in residential real estate transactions.
Debbie and Brad, separately and together, have bought and sold over two dozen homes in their lives and are very much aware of the pros and cons, trials and tribulations, excitement and joy of buying and selling homes and properties. We believe this experience and the knowledge obtained from this can and will be of tremendous assistance to both new and experienced buyers and sellers.
